In this clip, I talked with Prof. Dr. Christoph Flath, Head of the Chair for Business Informatics and Information Management at the University of Wuerzburg about the opportunities for organizations starting digital transformation with a clearly defined and small seed project. Successful implementation of seed projects has a positive impact on the digital mindset of organizations and lead the path for further (larger) projects.
