#38 40 Years of Animal Activism | Ingrid Newkirk
Description
In this episode, I speak with the founder and president of PETA, Ingrid Newkirk about how she founded the largest animal rights organization, some of the things she's seen during her activism, and some of the success that PETA has had inspiring top brands to adopt vegan products in their business. She is currently celebrating 40 years of vegan activism, fighting for animal rights, and the compassion for all animals. She also is the author of her new book, AnimalKind, which shows what everyone can do in their everyday lives to ensure that the animal world is protected from needless harm. Whether itβs medicine, product testing, entertainment, clothing, or food, there are now better options to all the uses animals once served in human life.
