The Social Dilemma was just released on Netflix and today I'm covering how this documentary quite literally changed my life and my perspective on social media usage. I discuss how it could be fair for apps like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat and more, may need to be held accountable for the potential long term damages of social media. I share my personal experience with social media and how I feel this is a normalized addiction that is only becoming more addicting and the how we should pay attention to correlations with increased screen time and anxiety and depression.
