In episode 4 of “Into Thin Air: The Mysterious Disappearance of Kyron Horman,” Dr. Phil reviews grand jury official testimonies, and explores new revelations into the ground search efforts for Kyron in the days and weeks after he disappeared. Admittedly, complete data and discovery for this case is not at my disposal.  Pure speculation on my part.   Disclaimer done. GIVEN: agreed upon articles are these… • The science fair was held 8 am to 10 am per public records.   • Several usually locked doors were open with visitors openly strolling through the school for the fair. • Desiree states she had emails from the fair [what are their time stamps and from whom?]. • Kyron is reportedly not the type to strike off on his own, slightly blind, timid. • PTA President sees Kyron at 8.15 am standing with his project • Terry says she watches him going down the hall toward his classroom with other children and leaves.  (Part one she says down the hall with other children) • Another student sees Kyron going through a door out the school at 9 am. • 9.12 am Terry purchases something 7 miles away at Fred Meyer's. • Attendance taken after the fair, say between 10 and 10 15 am   • 10 am to 11.39 am she is driving around her daughter. • 11.40 am Terry checks in at 24 Hour Fitness with daughter IF the 9 am sighting is true, then the timeline as reported clears Terry.  S=D/T; at 35 mph it takes 12 minutes to cover 7 miles in unfettered, perfect travel.   Factor in the time needed for the following:   • getting Kyron to the vehicle completely unseen   • securing both children in the vehicle   • driving to the store and conditions: traffic, stop lights, signs • parking the truck • ensuring Kyron is secure/hidden/silent while she enters the store • taking daughter from the vehicle • walking to the store from parking lot with daughter in tow • looking for the medication with child in tow • selecting something to buy with child in tow • standing in line at register and paying for it obtaining the time coded receipt   She accomplished quite a feat - with all those variables - completed in 12 minutes.  Terry would have to drive with conspicuous speed or she left before 9 am without Kyron if the student sighting is true.   It appears to be about a 30-minute drive to the school as they left at 7.30 am setting up by 8 am.  Kane left for work, so the young daughter went with Kyron and Terry to the school and remained with Terry until the gym daycare {part two about 30 minute mark 'when we were leaving'}.  Doubtful she left the daughter in the vehicle unattended while helping Kyron set up for the fair or shopping.  Therefore, to make it to Fred’s per timeline, Terry and daughter must leave the school before the student saw Kyron at 9 am.   Terry would have a daughter/witness who might say something about her brother.  Fantastic risk there... Hmmm...  Desiree [Going off podcast info only] cannot sue for custodial interference as, after her illness, she did not seek to restore her custodial status over Kyron and therefore is not legally his custodian.  Though she is his mother, biology is not an automatic instrument to claim or reinstate custodial status. Hey! You said you want to read from us :-)
