When everything feels like it’s going wrong or you’ve had a really bad moment and you feel terrible about it, it can feel impossible to turn things around again. 


It’s tempting to give up on the bad day entirely and go to bed early but as parents, we don’t usually have that luxury. 


While you might not be able to turn a bad day into a great one easily, there are a few things you can do to help reset the day and feel better.
