“Hiring remains a mystery and what has worked for me best is to hire someone as a contractor first and then hire them full-time. People that are really passionate about the space tend to perform better than the people that are a little more qualified.”
Guillermo has had a long career of fifteen years. He started off as a Research Associate for Council on Hemispheric Affairs, later went on to work for major motor companies such as Nissan North America and Hyundai Capital America. He has also worked for GM Financial as a Pricing Analyst. He did his B.S. and B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Texas Christian University and later did his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
