I love you all! It's ok to take a break sometimes or need to rest.

That is real life.

Today's episode, I really don't even scratch the surface on authenticity. It's almost become a buzz word.

We feel most aligned with ourselves and 'authentic' when we are true to ourselves. That is easy to do if we are isolated right?? It's a lot harder to do when we are being scrutinized or judged by others.

Authenticity is hard.

In this episode I talk about a children's book, Sparkella. (You can find it here in my recommendations for kids) She struggles to have the confidence to be herself at her new school.

It's a great story line that we adults can learn a lot from too.

Fact is, the world isn't always going to accept you. You will feel better, though, knowing that you are being true to yourself instead of acting or doing things in a way that is untrue to you, just to hopefully to fit in.
