Given comments in this episode, I wonder if Dr Peterson has read The China Study, & if so, what he thinks of it. It's essentially meta-study of studies from around the world, on the impact of meat-eating. The author was a professor emeritus from Cornell University. I highly value Dr. Peterdon's thinking, which is why I'd like to know his thoughts on the landmark book.
