Sofie got a job at Kvik Helsingborg just out of gymnasium. She had applied to architecture school and didn't get in, so she thought she would get some design experience and apply again. She never got around to that and instead, took over as the owner of Kvik Helsingborg in 2018. She tells her story in this episode.
