Comparison is a thief of creativity and joy, but if you have ever gotten stuck comparing yourself to others, you certainly aren't alone. In this episode, I discuss where my followers tend to compare themselves the most in life. We chat about what makes us compare ourselves to other people in terms of money, relationships, body image, and job or career. I debunk why this thought pattern is toxic and provide action items on how to reroute your thoughts before you fall victim to the comparison game. I even share some personal stories on where I compared myself so much that I lost my identity and had to completely rebuild after a traumatizing break up. Comparison is only stopping you from unlocking your full potential and most confident self, but with inner work you can elevate your self esteem and get out of the comparison cycle.
