This 5 Minute Guided Mantra Meditation will help you establish a deeper connection with yourself.
You will first slow the breath and relax using guided mindful breathing.
Then you will repeat a Sanskrit mantra " So Hum".
As you inhale you will mentally say "so". As you exhale, mentally say to yourself "hum".
This translates to "I am that".
During this mantra meditation, you may experience thoughts, feelings, or memories from childhood come up.
That is okay.
Let whatever happens, happen.
