#5 Tristan Bejawn, Portrait and Travel Photographer/Filmmaker
“Your interaction with a person is what you’re capturing. How you hold the camera. What camera you have, whether it's big or small. Where you're standing is almost more relevant than what they look like, because they might turn to you and look at you in a really curious way and in that millisecond, you’ve got something.” -Tristan Bejawn
Tristan is a good friend of mine who I share a studio with in London. His work has taken him to various places around the world on assignments for publications such as National Geographic Traveller. We also chat about his ongoing projects back home which have been pushing his creative boundaries. He’s assisted and worked alongside some of the worlds greatest photographers and talks about the groundwork that is needed to push your work to the next level.
