Aaron Caldwell is back on 10 Minute Mindset to talk about his experience with the DISC Personality Assessment, how he’s used his own results to become more resourceful, how he plans on using the assessment with clients to serve them, and how being aware of what we already have within us can help us create the behaviors that will create what we really desire.
Aaron Caldwell is a college dropout turned 20 year Air Force veteran. Since his transition from the military in 2012, Aaron has worked in both local and state government and the nonprofit sectors in Austin Texas in management and leadership.
In July of 2017, he officially launched BG Life Coaching, LLC a coaching and consulting business focused on assisting veterans with the transition to civilian life, personal and professional development, and self-awareness. He offers personal and professional development coaching to individuals, families, groups, as well as small businesses. Aaron has spent the last four years volunteering as a mentor with the Seedling Foundation in a program for youth of incarcerated parents.
His educational background includes; a B.S. in Health and Science from American Military University, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, and an M.B.A. from St. Leo University. Aaron also has two professional certifications which include a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University and a Certified Professional Life Coaching Certification from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County.
He’s originally from Georgia, and now lives in the Tampa area with his lovely wife April and their Yorkie-Poo, Layla. He has two adult children, Joel (24) and Alexandria (20). His hobbies include; traveling, all things sports and fitness and learning.
