This week I'm joined by David Maddren, a Football (soccer) coach who's playing aspirations were shattered by one unlucky knee crunching moment. Now he plies his trade as an academy director at one of the top women's soccer clubs in the world, in Raleigh, North Carolina. He's incredibly level headed, and a brilliant resilient attitude has got him where he is today.
