In this episode of the GPP, Ger chats with Rob Sutherland. Rob is from the UK and ha set himself a huge challenge of completing 6 IM distance triathlons in 6 days in 6 counties. Rob won't be alone as he is joined by two friends Matt Jenkins and Jon Lynch who like Rob have very limited experience in triathlon, having completed one Sprint triathlon and one Olympic triathlon between the three guys. The guys knew they needed to go way beyond their comfort levels to try raise money for their chosen charity which Rob talks about in the episode.
