In this episode, Jen (she/her) talks about why podcasting is a true labor of love. We also dive into the permission she gave herself to stop podcasting when it simply wasn't fun, and the permission she gave herself to come back to it when she was ready.
She also shares the importance of allowing yourself to have fun, play, and figure out what lights you up as you create your podcast.
