This episode was interesting, entertaining, and thankfully...not political. Thank-you This American Life. - From a Canadian listener.
I have blanki, just like Gary. I'm 37 and I also hide it in things when I travel so I can have it with me. My partner is really worried about how I'll cope when it eventually falls apart.
Katherine Williams I had my blankie until I was 28. I lost it when we moved and it was devastating. I still miss it
laughing at the song choice for the Act I outro 😆😆😆 good job, guys.
Loftus sounds like a horrible human being.
Paul Gales Who said anything about being excused? Just you. That's not that point at all of my comment. My point is for the people in these comments making judgments to get off their fucking high horses and stop pretening like this lady is somehow worse than them. That includes you, Mr. Gales. Put your feet back on the ground and find a mirror to look into and remember when you were less than stellar, remember that you've brought pain on yourself as well, and remember that you didn't need some person on the intenret making poorly considered and categorical judgments on who you are as a person because of a mistake or error you made. Think about it: the person without sin wouldn't throw a stone in the first place.
purelydebased That excuses her somehow? Her bad acts were done in the public eye and put out there and published by herself. We only know about it because of that.
Man. MAJOR kudos to those in the profession that have to hear that stuff from kids.
