Description

Writing is definitely a form of therapy. When I stay consistent with writing, I see huge benefits:



  • Mental clarity, less fog

  • Identify patterns of thoughts

  • See aspects of goals I'm going after

  • Less hopelessness

  • Helps to repeat positive thoughts and reinforce good habits

  • Builds the muscle of consistency

  • Helps with sleep


It helps me get the thoughts out of my head and onto the page. This puts some distance between my thoughts and my self-image, which ultimately helps process these thoughts, not run away from them or let them control me.
