69: I wrote EVERY DAY for 30 DAYS and here's what I learned

Description
Writing is definitely a form of therapy. When I stay consistent with writing, I see huge benefits:
- Mental clarity, less fog
 - Identify patterns of thoughts
 - See aspects of goals I'm going after
 - Less hopelessness
 - Helps to repeat positive thoughts and reinforce good habits
 - Builds the muscle of consistency
 - Helps with sleep
 
It helps me get the thoughts out of my head and onto the page. This puts some distance between my thoughts and my self-image, which ultimately helps process these thoughts, not run away from them or let them control me.
Also, there's a bit about a piss bath in here...
