Welcome to the Power of Exposure podcast brought to you by the Summer House Institute! 

The Summer House Institute exists to grow and develop young Black men who will soon finish college and enter the job force. We believe that an affinity-based learning (“cohort”) model best prepares our Summer House Institute members to significantly contribute to K-12 public education through service work and early exposure to the education field.

This podcast series includes individual reflections from each member of the inaugural cohort of the Summer House Institute. The series will highlight the inner workings of SHI and also the experiences and reflections of each member as they are exposed to opportunities within public education.
