Doing the inner work is so much more than just reading some personal development books. . There is a famous quote from Jim Rohn where he said "work harder on yourself than you do in any job" and its so true. So in this episode I talk about how I was first introduced to self development and what inner work I have needed to do along the way, and how it doesn't need to be all 'woowoo'. It's about bringing yourself into a conscious state to recognise what needs to be worked on and how you can work through it.
