As Gary gears up for year 4 of taking part in the Prostate United Challenge, cycling 25k per day for the month of October, to raise vital funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK. We take a short time to reflect on last year's meeting with Ross Burbeary and Stephen Gilpin, performance leads and founder members of the challenge.
We learn what it is, how it started, and why it is so important that people come together as a community to work towards a common a common goal.
