We're getting real, we're getting honest, and we're getting a little vulnerable too. I share some of my personal experiences as a life-long perfectionist and people pleaser, both of which have created vicious cycles in my life where I felt so overwhelmed that I felt like I was barely keeping my head above water. I've learned a way to do things differently, where I no longer feel controlled by my to-do list or overwhelmed by the amount of things that need to get done, and I want to help you do the same.


This episode was truly created with everyone in mind, because let's be honest, we ALL deal with overwhelm at some point. But this episode is geared especially to those that find themselves in the midst of overwhelm right now.
