I'm delighted to be joined by Caroline McKenna, who has built the social media platform "Acountydownunder" and "Sunrise Social" to spread excellent messages about community, mental health and much more. She tells the story of the creation of these platforms, along with her experience meeting Wim Hof otherwise known as "The Ice Man" renowned for his work with cold exposure. We also discuss her training for her upcoming hike of Kilimanjaro, as well as discussing mental health in many different aspects.
