Joel Friesz was introduced to the field of restorative justice in 2005 and felt an immediate connection. His introduction was by way of his role as a part-time restorative conferencing facilitator serving victims of crime and youth involved in the juvenile justice system. He currently serves as the Executive Director of NACRJ.
