Today marks the anniversary of my one year Fit Journey!!
What a ride.... This milestone is BIG for me, because never in my life have I been able to put myself first.
Never in my life have I been able to show up consistent, for the things that matters to me.
Being there for other people no problem. But for me?
I've sacrificed my health and well being big time while running my first business Route508, so yes. This feels big.
I've learned so so much and it's been so fascinating how the fundamentals are exactly the same with running and building a thriving business.
I love a good analogy and the gym, works wonders to shift your perspective on what is needed to run your business in a way that feels GOOD.
