RED was born from the passion of European Master Chocolatiers who wanted to create a chocolate with the expected creaminess, without the added refined sugars of commercialized chocolate. This passion for chocolate extended beyond the recipe. In order to bring their idea to life RED updated their kitchen with the environmentally-friendly technology needed to create the world’s first chocolate with 50% fewer calories, reduced fat, no added sugar, crafted into bite-sized diamonds.
