Here are a few organizing questions to help you clean up your mental, physical and emotional weight – 1. What’s your relationship with hunger? 2. What’s your relationship with ending a meal? 3. What are you telling yourself each day about your ability to lose weight? 4. Are you tying any emotions to food? 5. Are your thoughts mostly positive about your body or mostly negative? 6. Are you engaged in movement - what kind? 7. Are you drinking enough water? 8. Are you getting enough sleep? 9. Are you finding time for yourself?
