Curtis, originally from Calgary, Alberta, studied Architectural Technologies at SAIT from 2015 to 2017, and has since been involved in home designing, house flipping, and new construction development in Kelowna. Curtis has founded and is the Principal at both CM Designs (2020), and NobleTerra Developments (2022). Together, they create an all-in-one development company that encompasses property selling, design, construction, and investment.
