He didnt return to pick her up at 2:45 PM, sparking a search by local authorities. Moore is described as 6 tall, 180 lbs, with gray hair, last seen wearing a blue/gray coat, white/blue polo shirt, and possibly tan pants. He drives a black 2021 Chevy Impala with a Washington State temporary tag and Dick Hannah license plate placards. If spotted, call 911 immediately.
