I LOVE THIS CHANNEL! I just can't say that enough! These poems about life, love, hate, and everything in between are more soul-nourishing than most of the music you'd find anywhere nowadays. I'm so glad I stumbled onto this treasure. Especially Nicole Homer, Taylor Mali, Andrea Gibons, and my new crush...Alix Olson!

This podcast rocks. Poetry lives! Check Buddy Wakefield's "Pretend" for starters, but don't waste your time on Torrespico's "Corporate Slavery." She seems to think cynicism is enough, and that "not practicing religion" creates an alternative. Get out of ninth grade! She gets my first thumbs down since I subscribed three weeks ago. All the rest is all the best -- passion, politics, comedy, and craft. Subscribe, and see the impulse that got this whole poetry thing started a few years back, when we were looking for green places among the glaciers to become human in.

Wow. This is amazing. I'm a poet myself but don't have the courage to ever do performance. I do love it though, it's very moving, its not just the words, it's the feeling, your voice, everything that makes it so powerful.
