Description

Donald Neilson was a serviceman in the British Army when his wife got pregnant in 1960, so he quit the service and attempted to find work elsewhere. But quickly Donald found that no other job satisfied his physical and mental needs, so he started robbing businesses and homes in order to support his family. By 1972, Donald had escalated to robbing post offices, and within the next three years he started using weapons to get away with his crimes, killing three men in the process and beating a woman to near death.

But in 1972, Donald came across an article that detailed a widow’s lawsuit to get money from her husband’s estate, and came up with the greatest plan to date, in order to get the large payout he believed the widow was worth.

However, Donald may have thought things though too thoroughly, because a series of blunders and bad directions lead to a series of unfortunate events, which ended in the death of a young woman.
