Are you hungry for food or is there something else in your life that you're using food for? After interviewing hundreds of naturally thin men and women over the past decades, the primary reason that the naturally thin eat is that they feel the physical feeling of hunger inside of their bodies.

Today I'm exploring feeling hungry and what you can do when your body is not hungry, yet you have food cravings, sweet cravings, and just plain want food.
