95: Should Justin Amash be the Impeachment Manager?
Ho ho ho! It's the most wonderful time of the year, and with that, I'm riding solo this week as we wrap up a phenomenal 2019 and start looking ahead to 2020!
Today, I read some of the awesome reviews you guys have posted for the show over on Apple Podcasts (and even take a suggestion from one of them!). Later, I cover some topics that ya'll wanted to hear about- The proposal to raise the smoking age from 18 to 21 and whether or not Justin Amash should consider taking on the role as "impeachment manager".
This will be the last "new" episode of the year, with next week's episode being my appearance on the "Friends Against Government Podcast", where I enlighten Bird and Car about the classic Christmas song from Pennsylvania, "Dominick The Donkey". Oh, and we talk about politics and such, too.
- How to Succeed in Politics (And Other Forms of Devil Worship): From Amazon bestselling author and journalist Remso W. Martinez comes a new novel asking you how far you're willing to go to succeed if it means losing yourself in the process.
'How to Succeed in Politics (and Other Forms of Devil Worship)' follows political operative Art Brown as he attempts to build a reputation in the blood sport of politics, but that's not all, the story also goes back in time to the civil rights era to show you how a progressive judge once endorsed by the NAACP went on to become one of histories greatest villains.
A clash between House of Cards and Hunter S. Thompson, this book has enough comedy, romance, and twists and turns to keep you hooked regardless of where you sit in the political aisle. "How to Succeed in Politics and Other Forms of Devil Worship by Remso w. Martinez is available today on Amazon and Barnes and Noble Online.
