In this episode, I'm sharing some major life updates... what it looked like going from one to two kids, moving from CO to NC four months postpartum (whose idea was that?!?), and navigating the very real emotional rollercoaster of toddlerhood, all while I do my best to stay grounded, regulated, and human.
