Janea's reading a new book -- "Relational Intelligence" by Dharius Daniels.  This week, she & Porschia discuss a few things in the book and assess themselves for characteristics that should be present in anyone who labels themself as a "friend".  Porschia has an interesting #SaltOrSugar, and for the #11thHour, we encourage you to remember that real G's don't have to ALWAYS move in silence like lasagna...or bolgna. :-)
