Come on and listen to what happened with Google's AI and how we, people from underrepresented minorities in tech, started to get attacked due to stereotypes and misconceptions of how AI works. In this podcast we nail some of the claims regarding how DEI affects the workplace and remind everyone about the true meaning and intent of diversity. We also analyze some of the reasons that the tech industry still has a long way to go when hiring the most underrepresented minorities: Latinos, Blacks, and Native Americans.
