I started practicing meditation 🧘🏽♀️ 6+ years ago. I really didn’t know what I was doing, but I knew I was guided to finding a solution to my anxiety challenges. More to share in the coming videos. My journey to a lifestyle of holistic wellbeing was birth out of painful traumatic life experiences.
I have so much gratitude for a new way of living life. My well-being is what restores, resets, refines, re-energizes me to re-emerge as my highest and best self.
