The song, “I am Yours” a song of consecration to our Blessed Virgin Mary, is included on my new CD, “A Gift for Our Lady”

What exactly is consecration to the Blessed Mother? After a visit to Fatima, Portugal in 1997, I was deeply moved by the message of Fatima, and especially the shepherd children. I wanted to consecrate myself to the Blessed Mother.

The word “consecrate” means to “set apart.” Our Lady invites us to set ourselves apart and become a part of Her army of souls, dedicated to spreading devotion to Her Immaculate Heart, and to defeating the evil in the world. Fr. Michael Gaitley, M.I.C from the Marians of the Immaculate Conception in Stockbridge, MA. has written a beautiful book on consecration to Mary, 33 Days to Morning Glory.

Upon my return from Fatima, moved by the whole experience, and wanting to offer Our Lady a song of consecration, I wrote , “I am Yours” You can find this new Marian CD, ” A Gift for Our Lady,” and more of my music by clicking on “shop” on my website. May our Lady wrap you in Her mantle.
