EP10 - ANDREW TATE & THERAPY

Andrew Tate… controversial… hate him or love him… he is quite an interesting individual.

There are a lot of things Mr. Tate says and believes where I agree with him… and a lot that I disagree with him.

The main thing i disagree with… is his perspective on therapy.

I once too thought therapy was complete bullshit… but have changed my ways and turned into a huge supporter of it!

I will analyze an insightful interview between Mr. Tate and Psycho-Therapist David Sutcliffe… a lot to unpack to say the least.

In my opinion, Mr. Tate should reconsider his thoughts on therapy if he is a true seeker in full human optimization… quite a few red flags in this interview and I will break them down accordingly.
