Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump will both attend and deliver keynote speeches to the 21-member economies that make up half of the world's trade and 60 percent of the world's GDP. What is expected to come out of the 32nd APEC Leaders' Meeting? With much speculation about what will happen on the sidelines between China and the United States, could APEC become a platform for facilitating strategic diplomacy among the world's largest powers?
