Glorify - Surrender to Christ

As we celebrate Reformation Sunday, we give thanks to God for His word. 

This starts our time concluding the church year on a note of thanksgiving. Themes of hope, gratitude, and courage prevail, as we gather in worship, prayer, and spiritual practices, as we remember that God lifts us up as we bless and extol the name of Jesus.

The first practice is how we give glory to God. it might seem simple but we are called to abide in His word. Abiding does not always seem glorious. However, when we abide in Christ and his word we are called to live that He is the justifier. We give glory when we surrender to him.
