In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about what snacks you can eat during your eating window when doing intermittent fasting. Eating window is a time period between your meals. The ideal fasting pattern is to only have two meals with no snacks in the eating window. If you eat carbohydrates and too much protein in your eating window, it can spike insulin and could possible mess you up. Eating in general could spike insulin while fat has the less effect to insulin in the body. If you are going to snack in your eating window, either consume just fat or fiber(leafy greens).
