How much blame can you give yourself for not following through to what you didn't do, what has happened to you or how you ended up where you are? It takes a lot of self reflection and acknowledgment to say to yourself, "You know what I'm gonna take the L and move differently". Most of the time it's that very phrase that will get you moving towards your next course of action which is change.
