Description
Improv takes some really special skills. Actor/comedian and improv talent Connor Ratliff is the son of a veteran improv performer and now he returns to the very theater in which his dad performed. Connor will be in Chicago to present two different shows at two different venues.
“The Acting Class” is Ratliff’s fully-improvised one-person show in which he treats the audience as a classroom of acting students. Regardless of what they actually do, Ratliff is able to find the part of their world that is acting and performance! This show will be performed on November 22nd at Greenhouse Theater Center, 54 years after his dad did improv shows in that same space under the direction of improv guru Del Close. Tickets can be purchased at: www.Greenhousetheater.org.
Then, on November 23rd: Connor Ratliff Presents: “The George Lucas Talk Show” which has been a mainstay in NYC for over a decade. The premise is the show seems to be a perfectly normal talk show where Ratliff plays Lucas, complete with sidekick and real guests, this show will be the Chicago Debut!
