Addressing The Elephant: Why I 'changed' on Christmas

Description
It's no secret I have have ventured out on my own! Al my old affiliations are dust in the wind, Oh well!
But Why?
I don't think Christmas is inherently Pagan, and most of Christian History is on my side here in my defense.
The Bible does NOT condemn christmas in ANY way explicitly, so therefore, why are some drawing lines in the sand over this?
I really do not know, but what I can tell you is what changed my mind on this issue
