The 2024 CrossFit Games season will once again undergo changes to the season structure. While some of those changes have received positive feedback (think Masters, Teens & Adaptive expansion), others have been viewed less favorably.
Adrian Bozman, Competition Director at CrossFit, joins the show to answer some questions about the decisions behind the changes and how he thinks everything will play out in 2024.
