Description

And if Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris makes history by being elected America’s first female president, her husband Doug Emhoff would also break barriers as the country’s first “first gentleman.” Botswana’s President Mokgweetsi Masisi conceded defeat on Friday after preliminary results showed his party had lost its parliamentary majority by a landslide in this week’s election, ending its nearly six decades in power.
