It’s the original upsell, and it built an empire. In our world, airlines, hotels, and OTAs all do it. And yes, Airbnb is building it with "Experiences." We all know we should be offering more than just a bed, but let's be honest—it’s hard.

That's why I was so excited to sit down with Siddhi Mitall, co-founder of Y-Hangry. She's not just talking about it; she's building the platform that delivers the ultimate "fries with that" moment: a private chef in your property.

This is one of the most inspiring "Building It" stories I've heard. Siddhi and her co-founder left high-flying careers as traders at Barclays to chase a hunch. They started with almost nothing—just a PDF menu and a WhatsApp chat to test their idea.

That hustle got them onto Dragon's Den and into the legendary Y Combinator accelerator (the one that backed Airbnb and Stripe!).
