Zuri, a Colonial Marine hiding out on a salvage vessel with a synth named Nova. Zuri is waiting for a chance to bail from the salvage team and rejoin her fellow marines. The chance finally comes when the salvage team boards The Ephemeral. But instead of a reunion, it turns into a rescue.
