Graeme's Dad sadly passed away when he was 21, and soon afterwards his Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
10 years on, Graeme has shared his own journey with his Mum Linda, raising so much awareness and money for Alzheimer's.
Inside this episode he vulnerably shares his own struggles with navigating her condition, often neglecting his own health.
He shares how it has/is taking its toll, but his choice is to sacrifice his own need for the needs of his Mum.
